How to request a refund

- We ask a quick reason (helps us improve the service) but don't require justification.
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank transfer and PayPal are usually same-day; card refunds depend on your issuer's processing time.
- Your Xtream Codes are deactivated at the moment of refund confirmation.
What's refundable
- Yearly plans (Starter, Household, Family) — fully refundable within 60 days of activation.
- Lifetime plan — fully refundable within 60 days. After 60 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable because the value is delivered upfront.
- Renewals — 60-day window applies to each renewal separately.
What's not refundable
- After 60 days — subscriptions are not pro-rata refundable after the 60-day window. You keep service to the end of the paid period.
- Reseller credits — bulk credits purchased under our reseller programme are non-refundable once panel access is granted. See reseller Terms.
- Physical Firestick — if you've received a free Firestick 4K with a Lifetime plan and request a refund, you must return the Firestick in original condition. If unreturned or damaged, £69 (RRP) is deducted from your refund.

Fewer than 2% of subscribers ever request a refund. The ones who do usually do so because IPTV isn't for them (they need something more like Netflix), not because the service failed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We'll refund you faster than they will, and chargebacks cost us disproportionate fees. If you've tried WhatsApp and email and we haven't responded within 5 business days, then yes, chargeback is appropriate.
Governing law
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
