DMCA Policy.

TrustView TV Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users, partners, distribution licensors, and third-party providers to do the same. In accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), the United Kingdom's Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790, and equivalent international copyright frameworks, we operate a formal notice-and-takedown procedure for reports of alleged copyright infringement relating to the TrustView TV service.

This DMCA Policy sets out how rights holders may submit a notice of alleged infringement, how affected users may submit a counter-notice, our repeat-infringer policy, and the designated agent contact for all DMCA-related communications.

1. Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that material available through the TrustView TV service infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent (contact details below). To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. title of the film, series, sporting event, or channel). If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on our platform — including the specific channel number, VOD title, category, and (where available) URL, playback path, or timestamp.
4. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address at which we may reply.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Send your DMCA notice by email to our Designated Agent at the address below. Written notices sent by post should be marked "DMCA Notice" for the attention of the Designated Agent.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted, uploaded, or made available through TrustView TV has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the courts of England and Wales), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10-14 business days that the complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may — at our sole discretion — restore access to the removed material.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate the subscriptions, accounts, or access privileges of users, resellers, or partners who are the subject of repeated or egregious copyright infringement notices. Repeat infringers are identified based on the volume, credibility, and frequency of DMCA notices we receive concerning their activity on the platform. Termination for repeat infringement is final and will result in permanent forfeiture of any remaining subscription value without refund.

We reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or block any material or user account we deem in good faith to violate this policy, applicable law, or our Terms of Service — including without prior notice where the infringement is clear, ongoing, or represents a material risk to our licensed distribution agreements.

4. False Claims Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages — including costs and legal fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner, or by TrustView TV Ltd.

Before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified intellectual property lawyer to ensure that your claim is accurate, complete, and made in good faith.

5. Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA notices, counter-notices, and other copyright-related correspondence must be directed to the Designated Agent using the contact information below:

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Notices that do not comply with the requirements set out in Section 1 above may be considered invalid and returned to the sender with a request for amendment.

6. UK & EU Equivalent Notices

Rights holders in the United Kingdom, European Union, and other jurisdictions with equivalent copyright frameworks may use the same procedure and Designated Agent contact detailed above to submit notices under their local law. We treat all notices with equal urgency and priority regardless of the jurisdiction from which they originate. UK complainants should reference the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as the applicable law; EU complainants may reference the Copyright Directive 2019/790 and any national implementing legislation.

7. Publication of Takedown Log

In the interests of transparency and to support our operational compliance framework, we publish a quarterly summary of DMCA and equivalent takedown activity. The report includes:

• Total number of notices received per quarter
• Number of takedown actions completed
• Number of counter-notices received and resolved
• Number of accounts terminated under our repeat-infringer policy
• Average response time from notice receipt to takedown action
