These are the Terms of Service ("Terms") governing your use of TrustView TV. By subscribing to or using TrustView TV, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't subscribe.
1. Who we are
TrustView TV Ltd., a UK-registered private limited company (Companies House 12847362, VAT GB 384 7291 05, ICO ZB847362). "We", "us", "our" refers to TrustView TV Ltd.
2. The service
TrustView TV is an internet television service delivering live channels and video-on-demand content to your devices over broadband via the Xtream Codes API and IPTV Smarters Pro (or equivalent) apps. We do not manufacture hardware, provide broadband, or guarantee content available from our upstream licensors.
3. Your subscription
- Subscriptions are prepaid, yearly (or lifetime), with no auto-renewal traps.
- You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
- Your Xtream Codes credentials are for your household only. Do not share them publicly or resell them without joining our reseller programme.
- Multiple simultaneous connections beyond your plan's limit will be automatically throttled.
4. Payment
Prices are as listed on our pricing page and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Accepted: card, PayPal, UK bank transfer, Revolut, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT.
5. Refunds
Every plan includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. See Refund Policy. Lifetime plans are refundable within 60 days but not after — the value is delivered upfront.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) share your credentials publicly or with more than your household; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our infrastructure; (c) use TrustView TV to redistribute content commercially without a reseller agreement; (d) use TrustView TV in any way that violates UK law.
Breach of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Content availability
Our channel line-up is delivered via licensed content distribution partnerships. Individual channels may become unavailable due to licensing changes outside our control. We aim to maintain 55,000+ live channels at all times and to provide equivalent replacements when specific channels are removed.
8. Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime measured on a 12-month rolling basis. Uptime falling below 99% in any month entitles you to a pro-rata credit on your subscription, applied automatically to your next renewal.
9. Adult content
Access to the 18+ adult section is optional and requires activation. Users of the adult section confirm they are 18 or over. Terms specific to the adult section are set out in our Adult IPTV page.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: interruption due to your broadband; content decisions by upstream licensors; any consequential loss.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time — your subscription simply expires at the end of the period you paid for. We may terminate immediately for breach of Acceptable Use (Section 6) or non-payment.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
